The National Headquarters of Delta, Delta, Delta (“Tri Delta”) announced today that LCE’s President Maggie Dunne will be named a 2014 Woman of Achievement (WOA) next week at its national convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. Every two years, Tri Delta presents the WOA awards to alums who have made outstanding contributions in their volunteer, philanthropic, civic or professional pursuits.
Please join us in congratulating Maggie Dunne for being among this year’s honorees!
… AND, she’s in pretty amazing company! You can read the bios of the honorees: Elisabeth Banks, Maggie Dunne, Kristin Hannah, Libby Leffler, Kelly Young Stoezel, and Lynn Hardy, on the Tri Delta website. The women will be honored at the sorority’s national convention next week, and they will speak at a panel discussion led by former WOA honoree and television personality, Leeza Gibbons.
“I loved my Tri Delta experience at Colgate University,” said Maggie Dunne, “some of my sorority sisters remain among my best friends today. I am honored to be selected for this recognition and look forward to meeting my fellow honorees and all the Tri Delta university and college leaders at the national convention!”
In case you missed it, both of Lakota Children’s Enrichment’s summer interns this year are Tri Deltas!
